After 10 years of coaching with 4 years in physical therapy, my goal as a trainer is education. I want to ensure that clients would feel confident in the gym with or without a trainer present. I specialize in progressive exercise, mobility work, and special populations (injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, aging adults), but I enjoy creating individualized workouts and guiding all clients through muscle gain and weight loss in a sustainable way. I love incorporating all forms of exercise including high intensity training, pilates, and yoga to keep things personalized and exciting!
